Faulty items: We take great care in checking all items before shipping. In the unlikely event that an incorrect or faulty item is sent, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to rectify the error.
Unwanted Items: We want you to be happy with your purchase. But if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs), providing it is returned as sold, unused and in original packaging.
Before returning an item to us, you must obtain a returns authorization number using the Contact Us page. This will help us to speedily process your return.
Please ensure a note with your name, address, purchase order number and the items being returned are included with the return shipment. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that you are responsible for ensuring that the item is returned to us safely and undamaged.
